1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions describe the rules for using Accord websites, applications, dashboards, member portals, registration forms, support channels, and related services.

By accessing or using Accord, you agree to these Terms. If you use Accord on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accord Services

Accord provides organization operations software for churches, ministries, fellowships, movements, gospel artists, event organizers, nonprofits, and other faith-led or community organizations.

The services may include people records, organization onboarding, events, services, public registration, attendance, communications, feedback, media, payments, discovery profiles, member portals, mobile applications, and support workflows.

3. Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under their accounts.

Organizations are responsible for assigning roles and permissions carefully, removing access when team members leave, and ensuring that only authorized users can view or manage organization data.

You must provide accurate account, organization, and billing information and keep it reasonably up to date.

4. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations using Accord are responsible for the records, content, communications, events, registrations, payments, and operational workflows they create or manage in the platform.

Organizations are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents, permissions, approvals, or legal bases required to collect, upload, use, message, disclose, or retain information about their members, staff, volunteers, visitors, attendees, children, families, donors, or other people.

Organizations should configure Accord in a way that matches their own policies, applicable laws, internal governance, and pastoral or operational responsibilities.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Accord to break the law, violate the rights of others, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, abuse support channels, misrepresent your identity or organization, or send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unwanted communications.

You may not use Accord to collect sensitive information unless it is necessary for your legitimate organization purposes and you have the notices, permissions, or legal basis required to do so.

6. Content and Data

Organizations and users retain ownership of the content and data they submit to Accord, subject to the rights needed for Accord to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the services.

You grant Accord permission to host, process, transmit, display, back up, analyze, and otherwise use submitted content and data as needed to provide the services, support users, comply with law, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

You are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded or shared through Accord is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

7. Privacy

Accord handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Accord collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information across websites, platform services, mobile apps, payments, support, and related workflows.

For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@accordsuite.com.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Accord services, modules, events, payment workflows, or subscriptions may require fees. Pricing, billing periods, included features, usage limits, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and payment timing may be described in a separate order form, checkout flow, invoice, subscription page, or written agreement.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Accord does not intend to store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, and security obligations.

9. Service Availability and Changes

Accord aims to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, product improvement, compliance, business operations, or other legitimate reasons.

10. Third-Party Services

Accord may link to or integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, push notification providers, hosting services, analytics tools, file storage providers, event platforms, media platforms, and support tools.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Accord is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to Accord if we believe an account or organization is violating these Terms, creating security or legal risk, failing to pay required fees, abusing the platform, or causing harm to Accord, users, organizations, or third parties.

Users and organizations may stop using Accord at any time, subject to any active subscription, agreement, data retention, export, payment, or legal obligations that apply.

12. Disclaimers

Accord is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Accord is not a substitute for legal, accounting, pastoral, safeguarding, emergency, medical, security, tax, financial, or professional advice. Organizations remain responsible for their own decisions, compliance obligations, policies, and use of the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accord will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, loss of data, service interruption, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Accord's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, platform, email, or other reasonable means.

Continued use of Accord after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
